BCS was developed with small and medium sized businesses in the Sales and Service Industry in mind. It is currently being used successfully in both service-oriented and sales-oriented companies. BCS can be operated on a network or a standalone computer.

How We Do It

BCS consolidates data from the phone list, estimates, quotes, purchase orders, jobs, sales calls, and time sheets into one database. The various forms are linked therefore the need for double entry is eliminated and the data is more accurate.

 

Standard data input forms ensure that records are consistent and that reports are informative. There are over 200 reports available throughout the BCS system. Further, the system's security features allow you to customize which users have access to the individual reports and data entry forms.
